You can get the best concrete from JK Lakshmi Cement 53 by using the following tips:
- Use potable water for mixing and curing.
- Source clean and strong aggregates conforming to IS 383.
- The design-mix concrete should use low water-cement ratio and compatible admixtures.
- Ensure that materials are batched by weight and water by weight/volume.
- Concrete should be mixed in a mechanical mixer at least for 2 minutes.
- Rigid form work should be thoroughly treated with burnt oil or similar type.
- All waste-material should be removed from the interior of the forms before the concrete is placed.
- Ensure proper transporting of concrete to maintain workability and to avoid segregation.
- Proper method must be followed to achieve thorough compaction of the concrete.
