JK Lakshmi Cement has launched an innovative and exciting programme for engaging its Business Partners through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, JK Lakshmi Champs. The program is all about strengthening the bonding between the Company and its dealers. The program focuses on long term relationship with the business partners and is open to business partners only by invitation. JK Lakshmi Champs has been launched in Rajasthan and Gujarat where it has been well received by the business partners. The company is planning to further take the program to its other markets also. The program is managed by a professional company. The aim of the program is to recognize the contribution of business partners in promoting JK Lakshmi, motivating them to perform better and raising their social status amongst peers by providing them chance to win exciting prices through the course of their business. This program is quite different from the other run of the mill relationship programs. The program would engage the partners both on the sales and non sales related parameters along with the softer touch customized to the profile, culture and backgrounds of the business partners.
