The 123rd Annual Founders
Day of JK Organisation was celebrated with full
fervor on 16th Novemeber 2007, by all group companies.
Founder's Day is an annual event for JK Organisation,
a day when the group remembers and celebrates the
birth anniversary of the company's founder, Late
Lala Kamlapatji Singhania, whose vision and leadership
has resulted in the shining edifice that JK Organisation
is today.
The celebrations took place at Air Force Auditorium,
Subroto Park , New Delhi with Mr. Brij Mohan Munjal
(Chairman, Hero Honda Group) as Chief Guest. The
event was graced by eminent diplomats, bureaucrats,
bankers, media and various other VIP's along with
the entire JK Organisation employees and their families.
On this occasion, a grand cultural show was organised
under the guidance of Mrs. Vinita Singhania (Managing
Director, JK Lakshmi Cement). Group's employees,
irrespective of their cadre and age, actively participated
in various cultural activities. Children of JK Organization
employees also took active interest and showcased
their talent.
The group also felicitated members of the organisation
who completed their 25 years of dedicated services
in various group companies.
